Kitten Found

Late last night I found a kitten getting onto the Westside freeway. It was alone and ran right up to me it seems to have been left as it was all alone, and friendly, and it didn't seem dirty. It looks maybe to be a month or 2 old I'm not to sure I'm not familiar with cats, it is dark gray with one light brown eye and one blue eye and the tip of its tail looks like it is injured. I can't keep this kitten very long because my fiance is allergic so if anyone would be willing to take this kitten home I would greatly appreciate it.
