Presenter: Joe Porto The success of school leaders in effecting significant and sustained change is somewhat sketchy over time. Changes come and go, often failing, fading away or surviving only minimally. This course aims to help school leaders recognize the "big picture" process for change. Using an approach combining research on change leadership in education with a case study of large-scale, fundamental cultural change, participants will view the change process using a new lens.
