I am hosting a beach yoga session located on the beautiful landscape of Manhattan Beach. My intention is to lead you through a calming flow that consists of gentle poses and breathing exercises while enjoying California sunshine. All you are required to bring is a beach blanket/yoga mat and water. Before our 30 minute session I will offer a 10 minute guided meditation with a Tibetan Sound Bowl fresh fruit. We will conclude our session with a ten minute photo session and a ten minute conversation. I will provide a professional Cannon Rebel TS100 camera to capture your photos. Photos will be emailed to you within three business days or less. This activity is suited for anyone over the age of 15. To find our meeting location: We are meeting at Bruce’s Beach. Make a right on highland Ave and drive down to ocean st and 26th and park in the public parking lot of meter parking located on the rear of the Fire Department of the Life Guard Division building. Walk down the path and the stairs located on Marvin Braude Bike path and pass it. Come down to the sand and we will meet there.
