The last Friday of every month, this summer the JWR Museum Home will host a family-friendly concert on our beautiful lawn. For our first performance we welcome My Yellow Rickshaw! This rotating group of friends, neighbors and musicians has been entertaining folks around Indianapolis with humor, variety and seamless covers into every show. You will hear musical selections from the 1950’s to today’s current hits. With a refreshing lineup of sounds that includes fiddle, mandolin, upright bass, harmonica and even a melodica! CONCERT INFORMATIONWhen: Friday, June 24th! Gates open at 5:30pm with music starting at 6:30 and lasting till 8:30pm. The grounds will close at 9pm. What to Bring: Your ticket gets you through the gate, but it's bring your own seating! We encourage you to bring your own blankets and chairs and find a comfy spot on the lawn. Food and Beverage: Attendees can bring food and drink, but no outside alcohol is allowed. Drinks from Sun King Brewing, Hotel Tango, and Easley Winery will be on sale throughout the night. Food trucks will also be on hand throughout the evening. Alcohol sales end at 8pm! Parking: Limited parking available at the JWR Museum Home on a first come first serve basis. Additional street parking is available on Vermont and Mass Ave, but we encourage attendees to walk or uber to the show! On-site restrooms will be available.
