Breaking Barriers: An Immersive Sound Bath, Yoga & Community Experience

PURPOSE: In our day-to-day lives, we build barriers to protect ourselves from our fears. These barriers prevent us from being our most free and authentic selves. We created this experience to hold a sacred space where we can release our self limiting beliefs and embody an open-hearted state of being. OUR EVENT: We will begin with light breath work, chanting and gentle yoga with optional blindfolds to help calm the nervous system. Then we will begin the deep relaxation journey of the sound bath. We will be using sound healing instruments such as: guitar, crystal singing bowls, gong, rainstick, ocean drum, native drum, and chimes. Optional blindfolds will be provided for both yoga and the sound bath. Community is a huge value of ours, so we will be incorporating time to share intentions and experiences before and after the sound bath to strengthen our connection with each other. There will also be brief time to journal for self reflection and draw oracle cards for guidance. We’d love to invite you on this journey to create peace and harmony among your mind, body and soul, and to expand your community. Park on the street or in the next door elementary school parking lot. Please do not park in the clubhouse parking lot, it is reserved for members only. ARRIVAL NOTES: We will be located inside the clubhouse in the small room. When you enter the clubhouse, the room is past the front desk on the left.
