Krombie, the author’s 2.5 hour (2.5 miles) tour of Lower Manhattan explores the history and current affairs of death in New York City, including the first cemeteries in Manhattan, forgotten potter’s fields, capital punishment, death in wartime, the Office of Chief Medical Examiner, and body snatching.
