I have a beautiful blue female Indian ringneck parrot need to rehome. DNA tested confirmed female and she is 1 years old. her name is Cici. We assume with no black ring that she is a female, now and then she likes to sit on your shoulder but is more made for an Avery bird. She is looking for a forever home but with breeds her kind! wings are currently clipped. I’ve had to give her up as she doesn’t fit in our house hold, I will not be giving her out if I do not feel like u can take care of her properly. She comes with cage.
