Trend in pricing on the CL

I’m not sure where a lot of people are getting there price based from. Seems a trend to ask a very high and unusual price on many items on the CL and seems to be spreading like wildfire as people see these prices and base there prices on what they see. A lot of these over pricers tend to be super patient and unyielding on their ridiculous prices. I have seen certain items for years that never seem to sell. Funny thing is when I go to sell something I base my price lower then everyone else by far and still get no response. If you dare to mention that the price is high they usually are very hostile. Weird times we’re living in for sure.pic is just 1 example of the many that make up this unreasonable trend.
