*If your dog has passed away or moved out of Chelmsford in the past 12 months, it is your responsibility to inform the Clerk's Office to ensure you are not fined for a dog that no longer lives in Chelmsford.*
Please remember: We cannot license a dog without a current rabies vaccination on file.
