4-5 Hours Monday - Friday $16 an hour TamCare provides quality-building services to commercial properties through the state of Florida. Why this job is great for you! • Become a valued and trusted member of the TamCare Team • WE PUT PEOPLE FIRST • Be a part of a Supportive and Positive work environment • Be a part of a family owned and family oriented company • Competitive pay and benefits. • Medical Benefits for Team Members (who work 30 hours or more per week.) • Paid vacation and Holidays (Full-Time Team Members). • WE OFFERN LIFE INSURANCE-DISABLITY INSURANCE- ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE – CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE - VISION CARE-DENTAL CARE (FULL TIME TEAM MEMBERS) • Paid Holidays for (Part Time Team Members) • Performance Bonce program • Opportunities for growth and advancement. • Overtime available • Weekend work available Requirements: • Positive attitude • Team player • Willingness to learn • Enjoy working with others • Background check. • Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines per CDC and OSHA. • The team member must wear provided TamCare apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirement • Reliable Transportation. • Use Tamcare's time tracking system Qualifications •Minimum of 2 years' experience in the cleaning/janitorial field •Must be able to communicate in English •Must be able to write basic business documents Responsibilities •Supervise, direct, and coordinate employees, supplies and equipment •Responsible for ensuring the cleaning and maintaining of assigned property is completed according to contractual specifications •Maintain all payroll records, performance documents and disciplinary actions •Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments •Perform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards •Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques •Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to •Order and issue supplies and equipment •Responds to customer issues and escalates as necessary •Responsible for general equipment maintenance •Manage projects and special assignment as requested •Hold professional conversations with clients, subordinates, and colleagues •Operate all basic office technology •Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels •Work in close proximity to others •Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area •Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling A background check is required.
