Press release from the Village of Northbrook: June 1, 2022 Happy LGBTQ+ Pride Month! At the May 24 meeting, the Village Board officially proclaimed June as LGBTQ+ Pride Month in Northbrook. For the month of June, the Village of Northbrook is proud to fly the progress pride flag at Freedom Park next to Village Hall and on streetlight banners in downtown Northbrook. These flags and banners show support for our LGBTQ+ neighbors and represent the inclusive, welcoming, and diverse community that is Northbrook. To celebrate, we have compiled a list of local Pride Month programming and resources. Check it out below!
