Special needs kitten needs perfect home, ragdoll siamese mix

10 week old male kitten. Mom was Siamese cross and dad was a ragdoll cross. He is white with tan spots, dark points, and blue eyes. Looks like he will have short/medium hair like his mom. This little guy is super cute and developing more color as he ages. His special need is that he has a strange walk. Takes tiny steps with front legs and long awkward steps with rear legs. He runs, jumps, and wrestles with his brother perfectly fine. (Can send videos on request.) He also has a "lazy" third eyelid that is partway exposed most of the time. Vet doesn't seem concerned, but when I've had him at the clinic he's on a table and obviously doesn't show his full walk. From what I've researched he seems to have a slight neurological condition, maybe wobbly kitten? It says it's a lifelong condition but does not get worse. He's not fragile. He's actually quite rowdy lol. I would really like to find a home for free, but must charge a rehoming fee since I won't risk someone taking him just to abuse or for snake food (yikes). I will have his brother listed as well and would be great if they stayed together. If you adopt his brother and also want this guy, I will waive his adoption fee.
