Need lawn, pressure wash, haul + possibly fix some locks etc

Hi, I’m in need of someone to mow the lawn, weed whack, pressure wash some areas like the back yard walkway, deck, etc. My backyard has a pool that’s in an elevated area where areas around the pool needs some cleaning, lots of pine needles that need to be gathered and hauled, etc etc. Currently, the pool has the cover on so you must be careful not to damage the cover (it may be off by the time I hire you). Basically just need the outside to look clean again. Had the grass cut a few weeks ago but it’s growing …. Also looking for someone who can do some handy work fixing some odd things around the house (gate lock, check gutters - clean if needed, possibly install kitchen lighting - if there’s time). Is it weird to ask you to pressure wash/clean a ladder that my contractor got all dirty with mud/paint?? Cool if you can. You must haul away all grass/lawn clippings and debris/garbage. Also have a few things that need to be tossed. Hoping I can find someone who can maintain lawn/exterior on a regular basis but I’ll settle for a one time cleanup if that’s all that’s available. Located in north seattle. Please have your own tools, lawn mower, pressure washer, etc etc to get jobs done. I’ll post photos before the initial clean a few weeks ago so my yard isn’t as bad but it’s getting there. Please send text or email with your hourly or project bids. Cash payment. Thanks!
