Marksman Exteriors LLC is hiring a motivated, hard working individual to join the team! Description: We replace windows, entry doors, and sliding patio doors for homes in the Portland area. We are based out of Woodburn, OR, making the drive to the window warehouse in Portland everyday. Gresham to be specific. If you are in the Woodburn area, you would catch a ride with the crew or if you are in the Northeast Portland area(Gresham), you can park at the warehouse, load up the job with the crew, at the end of the working day, be dropped off at warehouse. Typical day on the job: Drive to window warehouse with the crew, load up job with materials needed, drive to customer's home, replace windows, trim out the exterior, caulking taping etc. After job complete, leave home for the day. Most jobs take only a day. Helper Duties: You would help the crew with holding up a window, screwing it in, taping the window frame and window itself, bring supplies from trailer, clean up job site, cutting exterior trim and/or siding around the window, caulking etc. Requirements: - Must be able to read a tape measure - Must know how to use a power tool such as skilsaw, drill etc. - Construction experience is not required but does help, you will be trained on the job. - Must have valid driver's license - Must be comfortable with being on a ladder up to 2 stories. Sometimes we replace a window over a roof. - Be motivated, have a great attitude everyday, and show up on time. This is an hourly position starting at $20/hr, any window install or construction experience will increase, lots of room for growth and potential.
