Join us for this parent-child 50-minute class full of music, song, play, and dance! Suggested Age 1.5 – 5yrs old, but both younger and older are welcome to attend! January 7, 16, 22, 29 10:00-10:50am @ Woodland Dr Park (Neighborhood S. of Fair Oaks, E of Halcyon, 623 Woodland Dr., AG) Register for the 4-Week Session - $40 Music Makers is a fun parent-child interactive class. We sing, move and dance all while learning! Some of the skills that are taught include; - how to follow instructions - speech fundamentals such as the alphabet, identifying opposites, and counting - basic musical concepts including rhyming and rhythm Children will also naturally build motor skills, social skills, and self-confidence in a fun and safe space. Parents will enhance the experience for children by participating and mimicking the desired behaviors and actions. Repetition is key. It boosts a child’s ability in memorization and social skills. At Music Makers, I help facilitate parent-child interaction in a structured setting. Parents and children will be able to connect and foster a deeper relationship as they participate in this class and utilize the skills they learn and implement them in their daily home life. • Each participant will be required to sign a waiver to participate in the class. SLO County Health Recommendations will be practiced.
