Our urban creative agency is organizing a private artists summit and open mic in Fishtown/Kensington, Philadelphia on Friday, June 17th, 2022 at 6 pm EST in honor of Juneteenth & Pride Month. Our big picture desire is for the vibe to FEEL like an intimate, community-led experience comparable to the stories of New York in the 80’s & 90’s where artists of all disciplines came together to connect, collaborate, and artistically express. We're looking for volunteers to help manage the event. Volunteers assist with crowd management & engagement. This could look like offering “free hugs” (consent required), managing the open mic roster, working the registration desk, or engaging a guest to join you for our social scavenger hunt activity. Volunteers help to set and maintain the vibe and also help with setup and clean up.
