NEEDED: Handyman to do home checks

Relatively new property management company built to help out residential homeowners with all their home service needs. We are looking for a (licensed) handyman to perform routine checks on residential properties as they onboard to our service. Can offer multiple home assignments per week for the right person! The ask: A 2hr home preventative care maintenance visit covering off a pre-set checklist + whatever else can be covered in the 2 hour time frame A brief documentation of what was completed Reliability, friendliness, knowledge The checklist includes items like: - Change the HVAC filter - Smoke Detector / CO Detector Battery Check - Clean out window wells of debris - Clean dryer vent, other exhaust vents to exterior of home - Test GFCI outlets - Inspect range burners and oven - Clean AC condenser coils - Inspect faucet aerators, as needed - Clean dishwasher drain filter and run cleaning cycle on dishwasher - Inspect dishwasher drain - + routine handyman maintenance and repairs as needed The offer: $60-70/hr for each home (DOE) Pay immediately after the service is completed. Opportunity to get paid in advance after having completed at least 5 service appointments! Opportunity for multiple homes per week!
