Need Household Assistant

I am looking for someone to help me with household things about two days a week. At first, this will be mostly cleaning and organizing with expanding responsibilities as time goes on. I have a couple of gigs that I could also use assistance with but they are both still so unorganized that I don't even know where to start with handing off responsibilities. Eventually, I foresee this becoming about 50% cleaning and 50% assisting with those. No real experience needed, but I do need someone who can pick things up quickly and remember my specifications for tasks. Hours are flexible (probably 5-10 w week on average to start with) and will be largely decided by you. Once in a while I'll have specific days where I'll need help but am pretty flexible overall. Initial pay is $18/hr but will increase as scope of responsibilities increases. We'll review this number at 90 days and 180 days to ensure you're being paid a fair wage for the complexity of your work. I live in an area where parking is difficult and only free on Sundays so no car is needed and you may want to be aware of this fact if you do plan to drive.
