Small poo-chon (Poodle and bichon frise mix) does have papers. We are moving and sadly our puppy cant come with us. He will come with all his belongings (Papers, crate, bed, toys, food, and food bowls). This boy is very friendly, extremely happy all the time, loving, child-friendly (I have a 1 yo), and super cuddly at night.
