We are a working cover band of players in our 60's with years of pro experience consisting of drums, bass, keyboards, and lead guitar. We are looking for a lead guitarist who would not be a hired gun but a member of the band, can do lead and harmony vocals, and can play a variety of genres from classic rock, blues and pop (60's thru 90's), Country (country rock, classic and a bit of newer country), some R&B, and more. We prefer to gig a minimum of twice a month for now, more if wanted or needed. Currently booked gigs now are spaced out enough so that the incoming lead guitarist would have time to get up to speed quickly enough. Gigs are in the Vail, Sahuarita, Green Valley and Tucson areas, with reasonable hours and decent pay. Vocals and the ability to hear harmony are a huge plus. We are easy going but quality oriented, and have fun both at rehearsals and on the gigs as well, so if you are interested, reply with email telling us about yourself and include a basic list of your repertoir and we can go from there, exchanging song lists, etc.
