crack in the wall - foundation?

This morning I saw this crack for the first time. I have some drops on the ceiling and the plumber said all it's fine it's the AC that condenses because it's so hot outside. May the crack be due to the condensing cracking it? Or it is related to foundation? Seeking foundation guy who can come and tell me what it is, and give me an estimate. Please, have references.
