The caretaker will manage and maintain the appearance and safety of the residence and outbuildings, provide vendor management, liaise with the family office, provide transportation assistance, guest care, event assistance, oversee lawn care, and snow removal, errands, maintain equipment and vehicle valet. Requirements; practical knowledge of daily maintenance and estate operations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, tech-savvy, highly organized, well presented, and discreet. Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with on-call availability.
