Property maintenance

Basically what I’m looking for is a helper to work with me on a variety of different building projects on this property. Maintaining the buildings, landscape, swimming pool, golf course and more are part of our job. Every day is different. Some days we could be working indoors renovating an apartment, other days we could be outdoors building a gazebo. This is very comfortable home we have here on this 5 1/2 acres. Id always entertain the idea of housing a full time maintenance man if it’s in the cards. Details on compensation can be discussed in person. There are many variables at play there. Work ethic and trade skills play a role in compensation. I’m a fair person who would never ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. There’s enough work here to last a lifetime.
