Are you interested in becoming an electrician? Rogue Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship has open classes starting Saturday July 9th. Classes will be held on Saturdays until November 19th from 8am to 4pm. Classes will cover basic electrical knowledge and skills. This course is a 120 hour course which includes 24 plus hours of hands-on labs. You will learn the basics of becoming a construction electrician. The course is free of charge and open to all ages 16 and up. The purpose of the program is to help those interested in getting into a registered electrical apprenticeship program. Major areas of study will be safety, electrical math, DC Theory, blueprints and much more. Class size will be limited to 20 students and priority will be given to underrepresented peoples including but not limited to; females, minorities, veterans, those with barriers to employment, youth, and those living in poverty.
