Description
I have a duplex remodel that needs all the walls prepped and skim coats sanded. Relatively easy job, will take about 4-6 hours and require some very minor touch ups and caulking. I need the walls paint ready by Monday afternoon or Tuesday at the latest.
Requirements: Be able to work standing up, have eye (Goggles), hand protection, a good quality mask as will be lots of dust. This is interior work and AC will be running to keep cool and air circulating. I have sanding tools.
