concrete subcontractor for small wall

Description

I have a creek crossing in Hampshire Tennessee that already has a concrete floor. The pad needs to be raised 4 inches with a 7 inch curb to prevent vehicles from going in creek. It is 48 ft long on both sides making a total of 96 ft. You will be using rebar on 16 inch centers and the concrete will be pumped in. There will be a 22 ft approach on both sides and have 2 ft forms. I am asking for price on labor and how much if you supply forms. Please read and make sure you understand what is needing to be done.
