Steve Davis former director of the UVM Morgan horse farm abused his position for years. Harrassment of young female interns was the norm. Steve would mockingly suggest that if they didn't like how they were being treated, they could file a complaint.... to whom? His wife Josie Davis of course, at the Dean's office. It was clear that anyone filing a complaint would be removed from the program. (for unrelated reasons, of course)
