There are 2 cars that are so sweet in this apartment that my neighbor left. They left them there with no intention on coming back. They are young cats maybe about a year or little less. The great and white one was born without a tail. These cats don’t deserve what they are going through please help. Free if you can show me you will give them a good home. They are able to be separated and comes with a carrier.
