2 year old ball python with enclosure & rehoming fee

I have a Mystic Potion Morph ball python that I don't have a safe space or a lot of time to handle anymore. I feel awful she's living her life as a decoration, and I won't have the time or a place to really handle her for a long time to come. She's a sweet girl, but still young and skittish. I'd prefer her to go to someone with a bit of experience with ball pythons. She'll come with her entire enclosure and all of her supplies. She has 3 hides, some "branches" and a few foliage pieces, her water dish and then a big hide and a bigger water dish that you can have as well. She has a carrying case and feeding tub. Her humidifier and light fixture with an extra daytime bulb I believe. 2 humidifier and temp gauges, but she ripped one down so you might want a new one. She lives on coconut fiber bedding. She loves to climb so if you do take her probably want some more branches. She's very picky when it comes to food, she will only eat live female rodents. She's at about 2-3 large mice every 2 weeks. We tried frozen when I first got her, but it wouldn't take and she showed almost no interest in male rodents. Oh, and I keep saying she, the breeder sexed a male, but at her health check the vet sexed a female. So it might be either. She was born July 2020, so almost 2 years old. Her enclosure's dimensions are 36wide x 18deep x 23tall There will be a rehoming fee of $400. I want to know she's going to a good home that can afford to take care of an exotic animal.
