Job description Tired of working in a shop with 20 other people & being micro managed? I'm looking for someone that can manage the shop solely and work by themselves with little to no instructions. Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer. Keeping store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist. Maintaining an organized and neat shop. File appropriate documentation on each repair. Experience preferred Qualifications and Skills This energetic, positive and self-motivated star will possess the following background, experience, skills and attributes: 2+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience Knowledge of general maintenance services including oil changes, flushes, etc. High motivation and energy ASE certifications a plus We believe that work and life should be enjoyable, simple and prosperous.
