Rehoming my puppy

I need to rehome my puppy he is 4 months old, he has all his shots but has not been neutered yet. He is potty trained. He is black lab mix. We have 5 kids and 2 cats and 3 adults in our home. Unfortunately things are just not working out for us. Please let me know if you have interest. Thank you
