Found / seen blind Siamese cat

Division near 135th, Portland OR

Description

Saw Siamese cat Brown face blu eys at corner of Southeast division and 135th where there is a little Russian store and gambling spot. tried to call it over and saw that it was apparently blind, so thought someone might be missing it
