HP Communications, Inc. is seeking motivated, energetic, experienced Traffic Control Leads Today!! Traffic Control Leads are responsible the following areas: Traffic Control setups, Device Installation, Jobsite and Crew Leadership, Pedestrian Control, Flagging and Traffic Direction, Routing, Meal and Break Scheduling, Inventory Control and Customer Communication and other duties as assigned. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, Day/Night shifts/weekends (possible) POSITION DUTIES: Customer Service, Traffic Device Installation, Traffic Plan Review and Implementation, Pedestrian Control and Monitoring, Driving and Equipment Towing, Inventory Control and Requests, Scheduling and Routing, Crew Leadership, Safety Meetings, Jobsite Safety Analysis and Crew Evaluations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ***1+ YEARS TRAFFIC CONTROL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY*** Can lift up to 50lbs Great customer service and communication skills (both written and oral) Must read/write in English Bi-lingual preferred but not required Must be a self-starter and able to work independently Flexible Schedule a must Clean driving record is a must Valid Driver’s License Required Current Flagging Certification preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal skills Experience driving pick-up trucks Conflict Resolution Skills a must Light scheduling and routing experience Good geographical knowledge of San Diego County preferred Must be able to withstand long hours on feet, exposed to the elements HP Communications, Inc.
