10 month puppy to rehome

I have a 10 month old cockalier pup looking to rehome. He has not been fixed. We don’t have any shot record as I have only had him for about a month. When we got him we were told he was good with cats, he is not. He will bark at them when he sees them and trys to get all over them. We have two docile cats that we can’t risk their safety, and I can’t keep them seperate. He is great with people, kids and other dogs. Just not cats! Will be shy upon first meeting, but very playful and happy dog, once he gets back home. Walks calmly on a leash doesn’t pull, sleeps in a crate (not included). Mostly housebroken, has only had a couple accidents since we have had him. Rehoming fee does apply and is negotiable for the right home. He is a sweetheart and deserves the very best home, preferably without cats. Thank you!
