Need electrician to wire utility pole

I want to hire a licensed electrician to wire my utility pole with correct boxes, weatherhead, etc. I also need a dedicated line to my well. I need this done before 15th. I will pay cash. I can pull permit or you can. Let me know. I live in umatilla, In Ocala National Forest. Utility pole is going in Sunday 12th. I do not have any pieces/parts as I do not know what all is needed.
