I need a Knowledgable crew or a handyman. (or 2) House Flips... Touch Up Paint, Repaint areas, Touch Up Texture, Outlets, Switches and Plates.. Trim Repairs, laminate or glue down floors, replace or adjust doors, Kitchen cabinets adjustments...etc Some jobs require hauling Your or some trash away fm jobs. *by responding to this ad, you acknowledge sometimes you have to haul trash fm job. This is a a Sub-Contractor gig. Materials will be Delivered or on job when start, sometimes you will have to pick up via phone sale. You will get a list of work and sign a contract to complete it. Pay is based on Investor pay sheet... Not going to be bidding or negotiating... Pay and work are steady and consistent. Do NOT respond if you cannot do the work or DON'T have a good Truck or trailer... Pay is generally 5-10 days after Completion, once the work is approved by the Investor. Please DON'T TELL ME YOU CAN DO SOMETHING YOU CANNOT OR HAVE NO EXPERIENCE DOING... The contract will be terminated and there will be zero money payed...
