I was leaving the parking lot and an older guy probably late 60’s was flagging me down but I kept going, then I heard a weird noise on my car, I pulled over down the street and was like, “my tool!” I turned around but the guy was gone and my wrench was also. I hope the older guy sees this and gets back to me, reward if so.
