Exciting opportunity for a part-time leasing agent for rental properties in the Austin, MN area. We work with our leasing agents to create a flexible showing schedule that works for them. Whether you have school, work, or a family; this is a great opportunity to make some extra cash! Our leasing specialists use Appfolio property management software to follow up on leads generated from our marketing campaigns, (no cold calling!) meet new prospects at the site, show and lease apartments, and help us ensure the safety and security of a good home for our residents. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a part-time position that is flexible in hours. There are opportunities for advancement and expansion as well, including, but not limited to, turnover cleaning, maintenance follow-up, marketing, and tenant communication. Our business is growing; come grow with us! The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, an outgoing personality, reliable transportation, a smart phone and/or computer, and be knowledgeable of the Austin, MN area. Experience with Appfolio or other property management software is a bonus but not required. **Bonus Rent Discounts on our remodeled apartments!!!!** Please know this is a very part-time position, approximately 6 to 12 hours per week. Pay is based off of apartment turnover and we are entering our busy summer rental season, meaning more money for you!
