Typically we pay 75-90% of the market value all cash and we close very fast. We are looking for individuals with exceptional people skills to help us with a questioning of homeowners and our future customers. This is NOT a door-to-door sales position. We are looking for door-to-door appointment setters for homeowners who would like to sell their property. You don’t need to do a negotiation process. The door knocker will receive targeted homeowner information for his/her territory. Marketing materials and questionnaires will be provided - Professional Appearance is a MUST. No real estate agent’s license is necessary, quick training will be provided. Must have reliable transportation because the territories will vary. Additional Information about compensation: $5 to $10 per meeting. $50 per Appointment Set. $500 to $1000 Bonus per Closed Purchase of the house. Growth Opportunities Available.
