*******READ ENTIRE JOB POSTING******* Growing Janitorial Company seeks career minded, ambitious, energetic and dedicated applicant to grow with us in position and earnings. We seek a person who can help us grow our company footprint in the Central Florida market AND supervise the current and expanding operations. Supervision will take approximately 20 weekly hours and the other 20 hours we would like to dedicate to finding new clients creating another earning stream for the employee. Supervisory duties would include visiting our current 9 locations throughout the week ensuring service standards, that employees are doing their job and clients are happy. Sales and development duties include identifying and visiting prospective clients to present our services, collect and send pics of locations visited along with contact information so company can provide a quote for services. Documentable visits, efforts and results are required. These efforts generate additional income in the way of on-going commissions in addition to salary, bonuses and benefits. This is a good way to increase your earnings. We are a nationally responsive Facility Services company offering Commercial Janitorial Services, Porter Services, Maintenance and Repair Services and we sell and distribute Janitorial Supplies. We are an 18 year old company based in Florida with offices throughout the state as well as other states. Growth potential for right candidate is unlimited.
