Description
I don’t want to do this but I don’t think we have another option. We have to rehome our dog River.
River will be 2 in October. She’s spayed. We believe she’s beagle, Jack russel, and pit mix but honestly who knows. River is quiet 92% of the time. She’s medium sized but THICC. She’s not fat but she’s hefty. She has great puppy energy but unfortunately it’s getting to be too much for us and our work schedules.
She’s great with our three year old although I think she’d be better with slightly older kids. She’s good with dogs but hasn’t really been around cats although I think if properly introduced she’d be fine with them.
She is not aggressive at all that we’ve noticed. Not people aggressive, dog aggressive, or food aggressive. She has a very laid back attitude until her zoomies kick in.
She is crate trained and loves her crate. She has no issues with going in. But she’s thick skulled and hasn’t been trained since we honestly haven’t had the time. She’ll do anything for a milk bone but will escape the yard if you give her enough opportunity.
She’s a really great dog but we can’t keep her crated up all day. It’s not fair to her. Please message me with any questions.
