Commercial Real Estate Company looking for part time janitorial/maintenance worker. Hours expected – Sun, Tues, Wed, and Thurs evenings, 2 to 2 ½ hours each night $200/week compensation based on 2 hours/night, 4 nights/week Scope of work: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors Dust and sanitize all common area chairs, desks, artwork, and all high touch points (Must not remove or disturb items on desk) Clean appliances such as fridge, stovetop, and or dishwasher Vacuum carpet (Spot treat, as needed) Replace liners and empty all trash and dispose at proper disposal site (direction provided on proper trash disposal procedures) Replenish all bathroom items such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Clean all internal windows located in common areas Wipe down, clean, and sanitize all bathrooms sinks, toilets, and any other items left in bathroom such as changing stations, storage benches, etc. Spot treat floors visible of the following (Scuff marks, ink stains, gum, high traffic spots, etc.
