Local established Real Estate Management Company looking for skilled maintenance personnel to join our team. If you are handy, trustworthy, and a good communicator, this is a great job for you. The following traits should be exhibited at all times; good communication, common sense, quick thinking, clean/safe working habits, honesty, reliability, teamwork, organization, and overall, you must take pride in and care about the work you do! As a maintenance employee, you serve as the company’s representative in the field at all times. You will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner in a variety of settings. We offer company-supplied clothing and transportation from the office to client property. We offer medical, dental, retirement plans, paid vacation, paid holidays / sick days, and other incentive packages such as bonus/commission structure for new business. The initial salary is $20.00 per hour (depending on experience level), plus an annual bonus based on work quality and merit.
