Looking to hire solar installers in northern colorado. Small northern colorado solar company is hiring! We have been in business for 3 years and have constant contracts opening up and not enough workers to close them. We will train you! We are located in Longmont but we serve Denver and any area north. 1 to 3 years experience preferred but will train the right motivated person. Construction and/or roofing and/or electrical experience a plus. Must have a valid driver license and have your own reliable transportation. For liability reasons, you are expected to be sober when arriving to work in the morning. Random drug tests are a possibility. Language barriers are not a problem. Job duties include, but not limited to: lifting over 50lbs, climbing ladders with tools, working on high roofs, driving long distances, getting material to and from specific sites, installing solar panels, attic work, minor electrical work. Qualifications include, but not limited to: must be at least 18, have a valid drivers license, basic abilities to follow directions, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, basic knowledge of power tool use, must be able to lift 50lbs on your own repeatedly, must be able to work long hours in the hot sun on a roof, must be able to be on time. Pay: 10-99 position at $17+ depending on experience, and raises based on work quality and ethics. Will be doing paid 2-day working interview to qualified candidates.
