Maintenance/Repair Part Time Help Wanted

Employee needed for minor in-home repairs, interior and exterior painting, interior and exterior home cleaning for several rental properties. Between 5-20 hours per week depending on available work, very flexible hours. Experience required--must have at least one year in trade work (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, paint, masonry, etc), property maintenance, or appliance/home repair experience. I'd like to know what tools you have available, what related work experience you have, and what your availability for working hours is. Hiring will involve a phone interview and an in-person walkthrough of potential work assignments. After a six week probationary period and successful completion of a few work assignments there will be an opportunity for a $5 pay increase.
