Established window and door company looking for installers and apprentices with a positive attitude. Basic construction knowledge and basic tools are required. Reliable transportation and a willingness to learn. We are building a solid foundation to grow beyond measure very quickly. We need people that want to provide quality work. There are various capabilities we can provide in regards to pay. Sub crews have the capability to accept flat rates on 1099. Employees will be provided a w2. Jobs range from WPB to Miami but we are generally in Boca to Hollywood. Clear communication on both sides is critical to our development. We will advise everything in its entirety so you can understand expectations and process. Your schedule can be flexible. Operations to help resolve any issue so you can focus on the job at hand.
