Join myself and a group of other holistic educators and practitioners, speakers and musical artist for this one day summit, that will open multiple ways the average person can learn all about the other holistic modealities in ones own journey toward self healing. Welcome, I am Omaka Zhen the Spiritual Director and Founder of SOHL. The Sanctuary Of Holistic Love, Center of Self, Health & Wellbeing, In St. Petersburg Fl, I am a Person of Travel and during my travels, I've had the extreme privilege to visit 6 Countries and counting; searching and sharing endless insights into the wisdom of self, I've been in the villages of Costa Rica, sat with the Zen Master of the Philippines, met with the Matriarch of Dominica, and I've also prayed in the middle of the mosque amidst thousands screaming out at their God in much revereance in the streets of Egypt, I've lead group retreats around the country in the midst of a pandemic teaching 'sohl seekers' how to step beyond their fears and no know limitations I could tell you how the Power of Meditation allowed me to not only do that, but to also believe that, that was even possible for me... I found meditation in 2016 although I believe it was a lot longer than that, it was right around the period in my life, when I was on the brink of a psychotic breakdown, due to losing my 4 month old Son who tragically passed in house fire on Christmas night of 2006 you may say, wow that sounds like a lifetime movie scene, but the fact is... it wasn't that was my life that happened to FOREAL, and how did I cope with that... well one day I in 2007 decided to pick up the pen and pad and I decided to write about it. 'I Turned To Poetry' Poetry became my outlet of expression and I believe it was in that zen state of creativity where I wrote some of my best poems, it was then I knew that's; when I truly begin my meditation journey, And that's what this one day Healing Summit is all About.. At the summit there will be 8 different presenters sharing insights and ancient wisdom and practices, that has lead them to find this sacred self healing modality as a holistic method and approach for overall Mental and Emotional Wellbeing Here's what you're in for..
