I'm looking to hire an on-site handy man / apprentice for $15 - $25/Hr. I'll be working alongside you to complete an array of jobs to get a property in Midtown Milwaukee ready for rent. This includes everything from clean-out, yard work, moving appliances, cabinets, minor demolition, painting, plaster repair, windows, trim, basic plumbing & electrical. Must be physically fit to perform jobs, have a positive work ethic, and communicate effectively. Hours are flexible but absences must be arranged in advance. Job's can be paid daily or weekly. Pay ranges from: $15/hr: Little experience, provides limited to no tools, and / or lacks their own transportation to the job site to $25/hr: Has their own transportation, tools, and needs little to no oversight to complete jobs.
