Salt Lake Juneteenth is a 501(c)(3) community nonprofit and relies on donations, grants, and partnerships to create opportunities for education, celebration, engagement and support for Utah’s community. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. 100% of your donation will go directly toward programming Salt Lake Juneteenth & Utah County Juneteenth Celebrations, allowing these events to remain free for Utah's community. What does your donation support? These community celebrations bring culturally relevant Juneteenth programming to our local communities. The events focus on showcasing Utah's entrepreneurial and artistic diversity and allowing Utahns to celebrate our nation's history through engaging in cultural experiences. Eligible businesses are able to participate in the Business Expo at greatly reduced costs, allowing them the opportunity to showcase and sell their goods and services. Eligible artists receive the opportunity to display their visual artwork in a gallery style setting and may also sell their art during the festival at greatly reduced participation costs. The family-friendly, community programming that will be supported by your donation includes curation of the Black Art Gallery, a roller-skating rink with free roller skate rentals provided, a kids corner complete with a bounce house, entertainment and performances throughout the events, educational experiences, community movie night, fun raffle prizes, and our Beloved Community Juneteenth Celebration Walk.
