2 small dogs looking for great home

My mom passed away leaving behind her dogs. I have two large dogs and cannot keep them as they need to be separated from my large dogs. They are senior dogs, a female shih tzu and a male pomeranian. The shih tzu is partially blind but gets around well. I'd like to keep them together. The poodle is in his new home. They are both neutured, shots and tags. They are used to being loose in the house with just a baby gate to block entrance. They eat science sensitive stomach which is $45 for the large bag. Asking only a small rehoming fee of $50 just to ensure you can afford their care. Please only contact me if you are serious I have my hands full right now.
